Fairmont Credit is a commercial loan brokerage that connects small business owners in Georgia with third-party lenders. We are not a bank or direct lender. All loans, rates, terms, and approvals are issued by our funding partners and subject to their underwriting.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Rates, fees, and terms quoted on this site are estimates based on typical lender offerings and are not commitments.

Accuracy of information

You agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete. Misrepresentation may result in denial of funding and is grounds for legal action by the lender.

Limitation of liability

Fairmont Credit is not liable for any decisions made by third-party lenders, including denial of funding, loan terms offered, or servicing of funded loans.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
